If you have found MM.event has no properties' error in Dreamweaver, close your Dreamweaver first then go to tools tab in your Mycomputer than go to view tab Active redio button in show all hidden files click ok.
C:\Documents and Settings\LOGIN USER\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver (Version)\Configuration
and remove the WinFileCache-7A9586CB.dat
Bold may be changed in oter computer or Dream weaver version.

1. restart your computer
2. Then press F8 select Safe Mode
3. Then go to start then secect run, type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
4. Select your previous restore point.

First Step:
Click Start -> Run. Type in "regedit" (no quotes) and hit Enter.
Search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System.
Look for: DisableTaskMgr. Click on REG_DWORD. Value: 1=Enable this key (disables TaskManager); Value: 0=Disable (actually enables TaskManager)
Close RegEdit
